Everthing was fine. We loved the location and the staff. 6 min walk to market square and very closed to a big shopping mall.

It is not worth the price for accommodation, the staff are mostly uncooperative, the prices of the hotel restaurants are unreasonable, and it is far from the center

Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc.

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.
